Welcome to our 17th consecutive Hampton Ladies Triathlon scheduled for Sunday June 08 2025 based in and around the Hampton Community Pool.

We are thrilled to launch our celebration of ladies triathlon, a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a no pressure, testosterone free race surrounded by supportive volunteers and racers. This is a great race for experienced female triatheles and newcomers alike – we welcome everyone with bikes of all shapes and sizes. Its all about participating and that wonderful feeling of camaraderie and we can’t wait to welcome you to Hampton on June 8 2025

Registration Options & Pricing

Triathlon – 400m swim – 20k bike – 5k run = $84.00*

Duathlon – 2.5k run – 20k bike – 2.5k run = $84.00*

Junior Triathlon – (16-19yrs) – 400m swim – 20k bike – 5k run = $54.00*

Youth Triathlon – (14-15yrs) – 400m swim – 10k bike – 2.5k run = $54.00*

thanks so much for a great event and a great day! the volunteers were AMAZING!! having some one call out to me that i was a strong woman and that i could do it just made my day!!! i loved meeting so many other women in this sport and i thought everything was really well done, comfortable and friendly. thanks team!!!

  Hi Natacha,
  Thanks for your message. If this is your first Tri its more important to be comfortable than fast so some people will have cycle clothing by their bike and get changed after the swim – there are changing rooms available if needed. Others have Triathlon suits which can be worn for the entire duration of the race. So for the swim a bathing suit is fine and then change into cycling clothing which you can also wear during the run. Hope this helps.

This was my first but it certainly will not be my last! I had so much fun and when my bike broke down the volunteers were so great to talk to me and keep me company while I waited for Marci ( she was worth the wait!). Everyone was so supportive and the best part for me was to hear everyone’s story as to why they were there! I was inspired by so many people and I definitely met some new heros in my book! Thanks again and I will see you next year!

Hello, I missed the registration for 2016 and it is now full. When will registration happen for 2017? And is there a wait list in case other people need to drop out?

I know Tri-wet suits were not permitted but are tri specific shorts allowed in the swim portion.

  When you say tri specific shorts do you mean neoprene shorts – if so they are not allowed. However, a regular Tri-suit is fine.

Is the bike detour the same as 2015? I thought the road construction was finished and the detour wouldn’t be required.
For the run portion, what is the elevation?

Hi, how can I see the 2016 results for the triathlon? Thank you for organizing such a great event. It is very motivational and inspiring to see all the ladies gather for one race just for us – moms and grandmothers.
