Our 2023 race will be the 15th consecutive Hampton Ladies Triathlon as we raced both years of the pandemic.

We have had a few days to reflect after the Hampton Ladies Triathlon weekend and what a weekend it was. From the great food at the pasta party as well as the wonderful guest speakers to the amazing weather all weekend, to the energy and excitement from all you wonderful ladies, plus our amazing volunteers and officials.
Its amazing to see all your smiling faces all over the course especially when you cross the finish line.
Thank you for supporting the race and each other and we hope to see you back with us next year. Good luck with the rest of your season wherever that may take you.
